Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT):

EFT is a Meridian Energy Therapy that has its roots in Chinese Acupuncture and Japanese Acupressure.

EFT is a simple, non-intrusive tapping method used to treat conditions which have been brought about by
negative emotions or limiting beliefs, and includes aspects of NLP and Hypnotherapy.

Scientific studies have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and
incidents that trigger emotional distress. EFT is clinically proven to reduce depression, anxiety, post traumatic
stress dis-order, phobias, physical and emotional pain, cravings, emotional upsets and negative memories
creating a feeling of well-being and calm. But it is important to understand that even EFT is not perfect !

Instead of taking months or years using conventional "talk therapy", EFT often does the job for you cleanly
and thoroughly in one or two sessions...and noticeable results can be achieved in a few brief rounds of EFT.

Kinesiology:

Kinesiology is a Meridian Energy Therapy, and combines the principles of Chinese medicine with the more
modern techniques of Muscle Testing. Kinesiology works on a holistic level of balancing the Body - Mind - Spirit
and uses a variety of different techniques to bring the body's Bio-Energy system (Chi)  back into balance.

Kinesiology allows me to locate "blocked or disturbed" energy flow, and I correct this by doing a variety of
corrections. It is a non-invasive system and thus suitable for people of all ages. Each therapy session is tailor-
made as you and your body are selecting the contents of the session.

Procedures can consist of a simple hand position and/or thought, but can also include the use of magnets,
homeopathic remedies and various essences. Sometimes this may lead to an alleviation of symptoms, but
that is not the objective of the session.

Health Kinesiologists DO NOT treat symptoms, but the whole person, by balancing that person's energy
system. The goal of the session is to bring balance into your energy system and thus into your life. For

Reiki:

The word 'Reiki' (pronounced 'Ray kee') is actually two words - 'Rei' (universal or spiritual), and 'ki' (life force
or energy), meaning 'universal life force energy', which flows in and around every living thing.

It is an energy that is around all of us, although we can't touch, smell or see it. This energy can be referred
to as ‘chi’ which flows through the body’s energy channels, or meridians.

This intelligent energy promotes healing by finding its way to wherever it is needed. It works on physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual levels, restoring balance on all levels, thus bringing a sense of calm, clarity
and well-being. It will however boost your body's natural healing process. Every person and their individual
reaction is different, but Reiki may:

- make you feel more relaxed
- help relieve depression
- help relieve physical pain such as arthritis
- make you feel more positive
- help people of all ages

I must emphasise that Reiki is a complementary therapy, not an alternative therapy. It works in
conjunction with other alternative therapies and with conventional medicine, but not in place of them.

For any questions you may have about any of my therapies, please feel free to contact me. For pricing
and to book please click here.

Please Note: Due to the nature of the various therapies I cannot guarantee results, as everyone is
different, and respond differently. However, I have received a considerable amount of positive feedback
from clients with the varied symptoms that many people with health issues experience.
Chakra Balance:

The word Chakra comes from an ancient Indian language known as Sanskrit, and means vortex, spinning wheel
or circle.

There are many Chakras in the human body but we usually focus on the seven major ones, located along the
spine. These Chakras start at the base of the spine and move upwards to the last one at the crown of the
head. Each Chakra has its own qualities which influence our physical and emotional well-being. Their energy is
expressed in our behaviour, words and actions.

Surrounding the physical body is the aura (made up of various subtle bodies). By keeping the subtle bodies
perfectly aligned with the physical body, we can maintain balance and harmony in life. The subtle bodies also act
as a kind of protective shield to the physical body, so keeping them strong and healthy is important to our well-
being.

In a perfectly balanced body, the Chakras spin freely, allowing for an effortless process of transformation and
the unimpeded flow of energy throughout the body. However, for most of us, there are blockages in these
areas leading to a loss of Wholeness in the quality of life, which may cause our physical health, mental health
and our spiritual selves to suffer.

Muscle Balance:

This is a non-invasive therapy tool, whereby you help me, through muscle feedback and body awareness, to
bring your body and its BioEnergy system back into balance. By being back in balance your body is then
stimulated to start healing itself, and is better able to support itself during this process.

I use a combination acupressure points, reflex stimulation, meridian tracing and a variety of mind body
techniques to assist the body to regain postural balance, as well as to reduce physical pain, stress and
tension.

This balancing technique can help you to improve performance in areas such as school, work, home, sports,
relationships etc. and generally promotes overall health and well-being
